The roof panel (10Te approx) sustained significant damage at the hinges while a subsea contractor attenpted to open it as part of a Subsea Control Module (SCM) change out. The work scope of the job was to cut the hinge to recover the structure. Rever offshore contracted Navatech ltd to perform a structual check and a rigging design.
