Navatech Ltd was contracted by Bibby Offshore to design a subsea winch frame, which was used to manoeuver the Ellon Grant Umbilical away from the Dunbar platform.

50Te underwater weight was required to "fasten" the subsea winch frame onto the seabed. The frame was able to receive clump weights to meet underwater weight requirement.
